Our dental membership includes:
- Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
- Dental examination (2 per year)
- Fluoride treatments (2 per year)
- All x-rays included
- Emergency examination (1 per year)
- 20% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
- $99 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month
