If you are in the Richmond, VA area and looking for a board certified pediatric dentist to care for your growing children, we would love to connect. We LOVE kids and we believe they should have the best dental experience in the formative years to solidify a lifelong commitment to good oral health. When the time comes for your child’s first dental visit, you may want to strongly consider a pediatric dentist. Our job is focused solely on the dental care of babies and children through adolescence.
We have 2-3 years of additional training and education after dental school that prepares us to meet the needs of children, children with special needs and children with special medical needs. We also know how to minimize the discomfort and distress of children who are extremely fearful of the dentist. Our office is equipped with child-friendly equipment, which helps ease anxiety brought on by larger chairs and tools. Our promise at RVA Pediatric Dentistry is to provide outstanding dental care for your children.
Some regular dentists will not see children until they are 3-5 years old. As board certified pediatric dentists, our additional education provides us with the skill and expertise to recognize, diagnose and treat dental problems at the earliest stages of infancy and toddlerhood so that children can possibly avoid painful and invasive treatment as they grow.
