WHAT IS A MEMBERSHIP CLUB?

RVA Pediatric Dentistry is pleased to offer a Membership Club for patients without dental insurance to simplify payment for preventive dental services. For one annual fee, your child can receive included dental services throughout the year. Membership pricing is based on the age of the child, with two simple annual membership options available.

The membership includes:

– Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
– Dental examination (2 per year)
– Fluoride treatments (2 per year)
– All x-rays included
– Emergency examination (1 per year)
– 20% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)

Some insurance plans offer coverage for services that are not needed; therefore, you may end up paying for coverage that you don’t need or use. With the membership club, the services needed are determined by you and your child’s pediatric dentist. Your child will only receive the treatment that they require.

Without having to file insurance, your expectations are clear, and you save money. One of the main benefits of the membership club is being able to offer your child treatment services for a discounted price.

It is easy to join our Membership Club! All you need is a debit or credit card to sign up online or in person and start receiving services immediately. Membership is paid once annually based on your child’s age. We look forward to working together to keep your child’s smile healthy and passing on the importance of excellent oral hygiene skills for a lifetime of dental health.

Note: The Lifetime Activation fee is only paid once. A previous member who attempts to rejoin will be required to pay a reactivation fee equal to 6 months of dues.
